Sweet Peanut-Glazed Eggplant Recipe

You might not imagine what a teriffic combination of chicken marinade and peanut butter, which features a quick sauce that bursts with flavor, simply give this a try and enjoy.
Pot, bowl, plate.
1 eggplant2 tbsps. chicken marinade, as desired2 tbsp. peanut butter, as desired
1. Cut the eggplant according to P1, then sprinkle with pinch of salt, mix well and let sit for 15 minutes before use.
P12. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then place the eggplant strips on the basket, cover and steam over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, squeeze out the extra water and lay on a plate (P2).
P23. Add 2 tbsps.chicken marinade and 2 tbsps.peanut butter in a bowl and stir until well mixed (P3).
P34. Pour the sauce over the plate over all the eggplant, leave 3 minutes to soak in the flavor before serving (P4).
