When choosing cress, select firm ones that are evenly green in colore, avoid cress with wilted sprouts.
Storage:
Store cress in plastic bags, refrigerate for up to 5 days. To prolong this period, you can stick the stems of cress in a bottle of water and refrigerate until it is needed, change the water every two days.
Nutritional and Health Benefits:
Cress is rich in iron, calcium, folic acid, and vitamin A and C, the stems, flowers, also seeds are edible.
