When choosing lily buds, select ones that are pale in color, and not brittle.
Storage:
Store dried lily buds in a jar or container, place in a cool and dry place.
Preparation and Usage:
Cut off 1/4 inch of the woody stem end before you soak them in warm water for about 20 minutes, use in whole or cut in half, and add into soups or stir-fries.
