Hot mustard is a yellow-brown paste, which is usually made by mixing dry mustard powder with water or other liquid, then following is a chemical reaction that can result in the extreme hot taste, which can cause the eyes to water easily. In Chinese cuisine, hot mustard is a famous condiment, usually served with appetizers, sesame oil and rice vinegar may also be added during that process.
