Oyster Sauce:
Oyster sauce is a flavorful sauce which is Asian in origin, it is made from boiled oysters, then reduced until desired viscosity is reached. This rich sauce is used to enhance the flavors of many dishes, you can use it in stir-fries, drizzle it over steamed rice and vegetables, or toss it with noodles, and spaghetti.

Vegetarian Substitution:
It is possible to find vegetarian versions in many supermarkets, which is made with mushrooms, usually called "oyster mushrooms", indeed it is as great as the typical one.
Purchasing tips:
You are supposed to choose the higher-priced oyster sauce if possible, as low-priced ones are usually contain MSG, and other seasonings.
Storage:
Once opened, please store in a closed jar, and refrigerate.
