Sweet and Sour Sauce:
Sweet and sour sauce, a terrific combination of sugar, rice vinegar, ketchup and other seasonings, is very popular in China. Sweet and sour sauce is used to flavor a number of stir-fried meats, such as pork, beef, and chicken. It is also an excellent dipping sauce.
You can even adjust the quantities of sugar and rice vinegar that added in the sauce as you like, In fact, in different regions of China, there are differences in the flavor of sweet and sour dishes, with Cantonese dishes are sweeter than those in other regions.
