How to eat Peking duck
There are various ways to eat Peking duck. Generally we use the knife to cut the whole grilled duck into thin slice pieces with both meat and skin, dip it into the sweet noodle sauce, adds the spring onion and the cucumber and wrap it with the lotus-leaf pancake. Spring Onion ,which is a little bit hot, helps to promote appetite. The Sweet noodle sauce provides rich fragrance. The cucumber makes it feel fresh while carries away the greasy taste and spring pancake could let us enjoy fragrance of the wheat. Besides the Peking duck taste best when its served hot ,otherwise it may has a smell of mutton flavor.

After finishing eating the duck ,the duck bone is left over. Put it directly into boiling water with some amount of ginger,green onion and seasonings. 15 minutes later add a little salt in and the duck soup is done. The tasty duck soup, maintain the original flavor of Peking duck,will surely get your mouth watering.

The original and history of Peking duck

Afterwards, Beijing roast duck along with society's development has passed to the folk gradually by the imperial palace. The two most notable restaurants in Beijing which serve this delicacy are Quanjude and Bianyifang.
